Online Registration.
When using Online Registration, you have two payment methods. First is to fill in the info and print out a form and mail it in with your check. Your totals will be automatically figured. Second is to pay through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal. They accept credit cards without an account. There is a surcharge (3% + $.30) added to your registration if you use PayPal. This is to cover their charges. To use Online registration, you must have JavaScript enabled. It is tested to work on the following browsers: Firefox2.0, IE 7.0, IE 6.0, and Netscape7.0. If you have another browser that you know it works on please let the Webmaster know, and I'll add it to the list.
Pre-Registration and Fees
The pre-registration fee is $50.00 for each primary registrant and $25.00 for each additional family member 18 years old or older. Children under 18 are admitted free of charge.
Only primary registrants are eligible for the Great Okie-Tex Giveaway (click here for details on the giveaway). Adult guests may register as primary registrants for $50.00 if they wish to be eligible in the giveaway or may upgrade their registration for $25.00 at the party by checking in at the registration desk at anytime prior to the giveaway.
Pre-registration submissions must be post-marked no later than September 17, 2010 and must be paid in full.
At-The-Door Registration and Fees
Registrations received with postmarks after September 17, 2010 and registrations at the door are $75.00 for all adult guests. At-the-door registrants are eligible to participate in the Great Okie-Tex Giveaway.
Facility Fee
As part of our ongoing investment in and improvements to Camp Billy Joe, a $5.00 per day facility fee is charged for all registrants. The facility fee is waived for children under 18.
Meals
In camp meals provided by the Cimarron Heritage Society may be purchased. Please refer to the Meal Request Form. Checks for meals are made payable to the Cimarron Heritage Society. Please pre-purchase meals to ensure enough food is available. At the door meal purchases will be limited. Meal request form and payment must be received, with a postmark, no later than 09-17-10.
Groups
School groups must contact the Registrar for group rates. Groups interested in attending the star party or visiting for an evening of observing must contact the Registrar for a group reservation and must provide a signed liability release. Our apologies but, for the safety of our guests and the group members, and to preserve the star party observing environment, groups arriving without a reservation will regretfully be denied access at the gate.
Refund Policy
Refund requests will be honored only if notification is received on or before September 17, 2010 and must be requested in writing. Refunds will be processed after November 1st, 2010.
Check-In At The Star Party
All guests should check in at the vendor hall at their earliest convenience after arrival. The registration desk will be staffed from 11am - 1pm and 5pm - 5:30pm on Sunday through Saturday during the week of the party. Do not arrive before Saturday, 10-2-10!!!!
Confirmation
Registrants will be listed on the whose coming list upon completion of registration and payment. Those wishing not to be included in the "who's Coming List" will receive notice by email.
Please Note: The Oklahoma City Astronomy Club reserves the right to refuse registrations.
